Angus Breton

Angus Breton has worked in the City in corporate finance and the legal profession, principally in company and commercial law, for over twenty years. During his legal career he has worked for two major City firms, Slaughter & May and Allen & Overy, and as legal director for two substantial commercial companies.  In these companies he was responsible for all legal matters and was a member of the executive management team. He stopped work as a practising lawyer in September 2007 to concentrate on his other business interests and transaction management. These include a variety of projects, including property development and investment, waste processing, power generation and managing investments in private companies.

He is now self employed as a legal consultant.

His leisure interests include music, theatre, reading, walking and sports, particularly skiing, tennis and golf.
